The ground floor apartments have a split-level design. There is a charming sitting area with table and chairs and beyond this is the kitchenette with an all-in-one unit. Separate tiled bathroom. A few stairs lead up to a bed platform with a fixed double bed and a wardrobe. There are two sitting out areas; the downstairs entrance terrace which is sunny in the afternoon, or the individual balcony at the back of each apartment.
