Booking with Nissia Holidays is a simple two stage process; stage one is making a reservation and stage two is confirming the booking.

Reservations

To make a reservation simply choose the property you are interested in and then either complete our enquiry form online or give our UK office a call on 01455 289 421 to discuss pricing and availability. When you are happy with the details we will give you an exclusive option on that accommodation for a period of 72 hours. To confirm your booking you will need to pay a deposit within those 72 hours.

Booking

Once your reservation is made you will be provided details of how to process your booking through this website. You will be able to confirm your booking electronically and review our terms and conditions.

Both new and existing customers can continue to use the paper-based booking system if preferred. Please contact our UK office who will be happy to forward paper forms to you.

Insurance

We strongly advise that you should seek to purchase your insurance cover as soon as possible to limit your liabilities in respect of lost deposits should you have to cancel your booking for any reason. Please make sure to bring a copy of your Insurance details with you on your holiday in case you may need them.

Although we do not offer directly any travel insurance policy, we have a selected travel insurance partner, Globelink, visit their website to get a quote and book your insurance if you like.

Payments

We accept payment for your booking via direct bank transfer (internet/telephone banking) or cheque . Alternatively we accept payment via credit/debit card online through our secure

A. Yes, there is a full time representative on Halki.

Q. Can you use credit cards on Halki ?

A. No !

A. Yes, although it is not very reliable !

Q. Can you change travellers cheques on Halki ?

A. Yes.

Q. Is there a doctor on Halki ?

A Yes, and a nurse.

Q. Will there be anybody from Nissia Holidays at the airport ?

A. Yes, you will be met by one of our representatives who will travel with you to Halki.

Q. What would happen if my flight was delayed ?

A. In the unlikely event that you where delayed beyond the time the transfer had left the airport then we would arrange for you to be met and taken to a hotel. You would then travel over to Halki the next morning.

Q. What happens with my luggage on arrival in Halki ?

A. Your luggage will be delivered to the closest accessible point to you chosen accommodation.

Q. Will there be any towels in the accommodation ?

A. Bath and hand towels are provided for use in the accommodation, although you need to bring your own beach towels.

Q. Are there sunbed and fans in the accommodation ?

A. Yes sunbeds / mattresses and either fans or air-conditioning are in all our accommodation.

Q. What time do we leave Halki for our return journey ?

A. The times are not set in stone but usually between 8am and 10am.

Q. Will a representative travel back to the airport with us ?

A. Yes we travel back to Rhodes airport with you, we also have a representative at the airport to assist with check in procedures.
