Flights & Transfers

Travel regulations dictate that we cannot include onward transfers to Halki as part of our Accommodation Only service. However, you will be able to pay locally for transport from the airport to the harbour and for onward boat services. Once you have made your reservation we will provide you with details for onward travel to the islands and even make the reservations with the independent company handling the transfers for you. We will also be on hand at the airport to welcome you and make sure you are introduced to those managing the transfers and we will also travel back from Halki to the airport with you at the end of your stay to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Accommodation is sold in multiples of one week with arrival & departure to the islands always taking place on a WEDNESDAY. In order to make the necessary onward journey connections to the harbour on Rhodes and then the boat crossing to Halki you will need to catch a flight from the UK early on a Wednesday morning. To make sure you can arrive on Halki on the same day as you leave the UK you must ensure that your arrival at Rhodes Airport is no later than 3.30pm local time.

There are flights to Rhodes on a Wednesday morning from a large number of UK regional airports and there are any number of websites through which you can book. Find below a list of links to companies that we ourselves use for our personal flights to Rhodes and with whose services we have found no issues at all. Also included are a list of flights that are currently scheduled to fly out to Rhodes on a Wednesday morning. Whilst this list covers most airports and airlines it is not necessarily comprehensive.

If, however, you would prefer to travel on a Wednesday afternoon or Evening then flights can be taken from London Gatwick with EasyJet, or of course with other airlines from other regional airports. Although these flights land on Rhodes after the departure of the ferry to Halki we will be happy to arrange accommodation for you on Rhodes and ensure your transfer to Halki on Thursday.
