Booking
Booking with Nissia Holidays is a simple two stage process; stage one is making a reservation and stage two is confirming the booking.
Reservations
To make a reservation simply choose the property you are interested in and then either complete our enquiry form online or give our UK office a call on 01455 289 421 to discuss pricing and availability. When you are happy with the details we will give you an exclusive option on that accommodation for a period of 72 hours. To confirm your booking you will need to pay a deposit within those 72 hours.
Booking
Once your reservation is made you will be provided details of how to access your booking through this website. You will be able to review your reservation details and, having accepted the booking terms and conditions, make your deposit payment. Through the booking management system you will also be able to update your personal and contact information, pay your outstanding balance when the time arrives and complete your island transfer request.
Our existing customers can make use of the online system to confirm a prebooking, to make a new enquiry and to submit reviews of their experiences with us on our islands.
All existing clients will be contacted during February and March 2011 with details of how to access the online system.
Both new and existing customers can continue to use the paper-based booking system if preferred. Please contact our UK office who will be happy to forward paper forms to you.
Insurance
We strongly advise that you should seek to purchase your insurance cover as soon as possible to limit your liabilities in respect of lost deposits should you have to cancel your booking for any reason. Please make sure to bring a copy of your Insurance details with you on your holiday in case you may need them.

Payments
We accept payment for your booking via direct bank transfer (internet/telephone banking) or cheque . Alternatively we accept payment via credit/debit card online through our secure payment processing software, however there is a processing charge.
