Another of our exclusive
Waterfront properties, Maritina is
situated right on the harbour side and is a uniquely designed traditional
villa spread over two floors with the connecting staircase to the outside. The two bedrooms, both with
twin beds and great views out across the bay, are on the upper floor and are
set either side of the well appointed salon (sitting room). On this floor is
a large, shaded & furnished terrace which offers respite from the heat of
the day and the perfect spot to enjoy the views across to the harbour as the
evening develops. From the upper terrace the
staircase leads down to the lower sunbathing terrace, complete with sunbeds,
patio furniture and umbrellas as well as access directly into the sea, and
from this terrace the lower floor is accessed. On this level can be found the
bathroom and the kitchen, both well appointed. This villa is a fantastic
addition to our range of accommodation for the 2008 season and the ideal
villa for small groups or families looking for an exclusive waterside base to
enjoy the island. |
