The two Loucas Studios are
not only exclusive to Nissia Holidays but are also brand new properties for
the Halki portfolio having only been completed at the end of the 2006 season. Built to an incredibly high
standard and finished immaculately, the two studios lie in a great position
to the rear of the famous bell tower and enjoy lovely views out across the
harbour to Rhodes in the distance. An ideal choice for couples, both studios contain
a good sized living area with a raised bedroom area housing the twin beds.
This open plan area also benefits from excellent air conditioning (payable on
the island) which, combined with the
high quality of the furnishing and the décor, provides a great escape from
the heat outside. Passing the bathroom, which again has been finished to the
highest specifications, the kitchen is reached which only serves to underline
the care that has been taken to ensure that even the most demanding needs are
catered for. To the outside each Studio
has it’s own terrace, with Studio One benefiting from an additional seating
area to the side of the property. As
with the interiors, these external areas are immaculately presented and completed
with exceptionally high quality furniture. From this vantage point visitors
can take in both the great views out past the bell tower and the unrushed
pace of life in the streets below. Not only do we highly
recommend these two studios but such is the quality of the building and
finishing that we would even suggest that these are amongst the finest
examples of studio accommodation we have come across anywhere in the Greek
Islands ! |
