Villa Argyro is situated
midway up the hillside surrounding the harbour and enjoys views out past the
church bell-tower to the bay beyond. The majority of the accommodation is set
out on one floor and includes a large, tile floored living room, a well
appointed kitchen and adjoining dining area. There is also the clean and well
finished bathroom, with a bath and shower attachment. Seemingly hovering
above the ground floor is a mezzanine level upon which is a single bed,
although the height restriction up here makes this most suitable for
children. Outside is a split-level
terrace with a partially covered area just outside the living room which is
the perfect spot for late evening meals and set just above is the sunbathing
area which can be a real suntrap in the early afternoon height of the day. This property also benefits
from air conditioning which can be paid for on the island, making the living
areas a real refuge from the heat outside. |
