for our 2008 programme, Areta and Naftilos apartments are two more of our exclusive waterfront
properties, known on the island as the ‘Red Houses’ Areta Apartment
(downstairs) is next door to Villa Perla and Villa Korali and is very
spacious. It has a large living area with a fully fitted kitchen; in the
living area is a corner sofa which can be used as a third bed. From this area
wonderful views can be had out over the bay. The bedroom has a large double
bed which separates into two singles and can be found at the rear of the
apartment. Outside
is a large terrace area with patio furniture, sunbeds, umbrella and access
into the sea. Naftilos Apartment
(upstairs) is just as spacious. It has one bedroom at the rear of the
accommodation and the fully fitted kitchen/ living area has wonderful views
over the bay. The shower room with toilet is at the rear. The apartment has a
balcony over looking the sea and at the rear a terrace area with patio
furniture. In addition sunbeds can be found on the lower terrace area, with
access into the sea. Air
Conditioning is available in both properties & is payable locally.. |
